At GNSS Store, we stand by the precision of our navigation and positioning technology. If your hardware does not meet your requirements, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our technical support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Ensure all GNSS receivers, antennas, and cables are placed back in their original anti-static packaging with all manuals and accessories included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers verify the equipment's condition and firmware status, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
